Does my toilet flange have to be on finished floor?
The linolium in the bathroom is finished but it looks like it was cut out right were the flange fits in. Will it be OK to just stick the flange on the concrete.
It should work as long as the seal ring fits snugly. When your done just caulk around the toilet so it looks finished
